How it works

SEBI requires listing within three working days of the issue closing (circular of 9 Aug 2023, mandatory for issues opening from 1 Dec 2023). Allotment is usually on T+1, refunds and share credit on T+2 and listing on T+3. The calculator counts working days and skips Saturdays, Sundays and NSE trading holidays from NSE's holiday list. Each issue's own notice prevails.

Formula

T+n = closing date plus n working days
