BLS Polymers Limited opens its IPO on 27 October 2026 and closes on 29 October 2026. The NSE issue record gives a price band of Rs 142 to Rs 150 per share and a lot of 100 shares, so one lot at the upper price comes to Rs 15,000. The dates after close are worked out with our working day calendar and stay estimates until NSE and the registrar confirm them.
Dates and timeline
The table runs each step from the close date. Allotment falls one working day after close, refund two working days after and listing three working days after.

Price band, lot size and minimum amount
The issue is a book built offer on NSE in the EQ series. The record describes a fresh issue of up to 1,70,00,000 equity shares. KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar and Unistone Capital Private Limited is the lead manager. Retail applicants can bid up to Rs 2,00,000 per IPO, so the lot figure is the starting point for any bid.
Worked example for one lot at the upper end of the price band. Assumes the upper price; the final issue price is set within the band.
| Step | Working | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Lot size | shares per lot, NSE issue record | 100 shares |
| Upper price of the band | NSE price band | Rs 150 per share |
| Amount for one lot at the upper price | 100 x Rs 150 | Rs 15,000 |
| Retail limit per IPO | NSE retail limit | Rs 2,00,000 |
Example figures, not today's rates.

Grey market quote
The latest quote in our records is Rs 73 per share. The grey market premium is an informal grey market quote, not set or regulated by the exchanges or SEBI, and it can differ widely from the listing price. It is shown here only as a quote and is not a forecast.
What to do
- Open the Red Herring Prospectus at the NSE link in the sources and find its risk factors section.
- Check the lot size and the amount at the upper price band with the IPO lot size calculator.
- Note the allotment, refund and listing dates above and check them against the registrar and NSE notices when they are out.
- Check the BLS Polymers IPO page in our records for the listing date once NSE publishes it, since our record shows none yet.
Risk factors
This page does not summarise the risk factors. They are set out in the RHP, and the RHP is the place to read them with its page references. Nothing in this post describes the business, its prospects or the price.
Common mistakes
- Treating the grey market quote as the listing price. It is an informal quote, and the listing price is set by the market on listing day.
- Counting allotment on the close date. Allotment is one working day after close.
- Treating a stored date as confirmed before the registrar or NSE confirms it.
